- 1. Measure height with no shoes: heels against a wall, look straight ahead, mark the wall with a flat book on the head and measure floor to mark.
- 2. Weigh this month: bathroom scale, light clothes. Don't use an old check-up number; kids gain 5–7 lb a year.
- 3. Height picks the row, then check the weight range. Weight inside the range → that size. Heavier → the next size up. Lighter than the range → the chest will be loose; we don't recommend it.
- 4. Don't size up to grow into it (the chest gets loose and lets water in), and don't size down (the body and legs get too short).
- Examples: 4′6″, 75 lb → M. 4′11″, 115 lb → XL. 5′4″, 145 lb → 3XL (one size up). 4′6″, 55 lb → not recommended.
- Under 3′5½″, over 5′10½″, or lighter than the range for the height: this suit is not a good fit. Size guide based on US children's body data (CDC 2021–23).

Dressing Tips
- [important] Please read the size chart first
- A proper fitting wetsuit will be challenging to put on when dry. (Pro Tip: Keeping your socks on will allow your feet to slide in much easier!)
- Once on, lift your arms over your head and stretch out your shoulders. This move should only be slightly restricting.
- You should be able to squat down and move your arms easily
- Contact us to exchange/refund, if there is any quality issue in 12 months
